This vid is well done and worth listening to if you are aware that the content provider has significantly minimized the importance of Jesus Christ to Soren Kierkegaard and his philosophy. As SK proclaimed-“The best news the World has ever heard came from a graveyard [ Danish: kierk gaard]- Christ is risen! “ He is risen indeed.

To a degree, never trying is to not attempt anything. Achieving nothing lol. Try hard and fail is not being good enough. Trying harder and harder than when already done your upmost best. Then it loses its potential for growth as that has been capped and reaching that trying hard can be like anxiety waiting to come in and take away your spontaneous flow like in the moment zone one with the universe shit for someone who thinks to much and trys to hard to make up for inadequacies he can't come to terms with, his own inadequacies or playing an unachievable game playing a losing game trying to win by brute force alone only makes savages by amount of how hard you try only made cool into a dork and lame is the short of it, the worst it gets,.. Bravo

You glossed over how and why Musashi won his first duel. Musashi's father was a samurai but died. He was raised by his uncle who was a monk. Musashi was a big kid/frame. His uncle encouraged him to train and walk the warriors path but guided by spiritual discipline and focus from a young age. The "duel" was essential a fight where a brash older warrior attempted to ridicule/insult/intimate Musashi. They ended up grappling and Musashi threw the warrior to the ground, picked up a stick, and struck him in the head killing him. This was when he was only 13.
